Ricotta Cream With Chives And Black-Ant Caviar

Total: 1 hr; Serves 4




1. Add the chives, extra virgin olive oil and salt to fresh ricotta. Mix everything, and put in a plastic cake icing bag with a knurled nozzle. Squeeze onto the Crickelle cricket crackers, into desired shape. Top with black-ant caviar.
